by purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions
commissionned art is for personal use only. commercial commissions come at a different price
all commissions must be paid in full upfront through PayPal, Stripe, or Revolut. can be in either EUR or USD
if your request is approved, a payment link will be sent to you via email where you can use your preferred payment method. a digital receipt will be provided.
i do not offer refunds after the commission has started
commissions may take between 1-9 weeks to complete. there is no binding deadline unless previously agreed upon. rush jobs are possible, but will require additional fees
commissioned or existing artwork may not be used in AI under any circumstances
no physical product will be delivered. only a digital copy of the illustration will be sent. for progress updates, feel free to check on the commissions status box
by commissioning me, the client acknowledges that I retain full usage, rights, and ownership of the deliverable. i retain the right to post, sell, print, display, or otherwise use the commission product, unless previously discussed.
